"Bandit sign poster from really far away"

Bandit sign poster from really far away:

On Saturday I found a whole bunch of staked signs which read:

I picked them up and tossed them.
I have seen similar signs in other areas and have read that they come from "match.com".

Guess where the sign placer is located:

INDIA!

...and kennesawsingles.com

....and atlantasingles.org

....and ad nauseum

They are a problem here in Georgia too.

Oh, there's a hint of cool in the air, and Winter is coming! I've got to gather more firewood... And Sign stakes make great fire starters!

Ack! Bandit Signs are LITTER!

From the research I've done, I believe that this company (IMAT)
simply sells the leads that come through its websites to local
matchmaking companies.

I can't believe I overlooked the local companies! I was looking at this as a national problem because so many towns/cities/neighborhoods are experiencing this. But selling leads to local companies does make sense!

I removed a bunch of similar signs here in Charlotte NC about 2 months ago. I think I cleared almost 100 signs the first weekend, then they returned and put out fewer signs, maybe 25. After those signs disapeared, they seemed to have given up, and never returned.
