During a recent small claims suit under the FTCPA, I found out an Oregon Herba telemarketer switched to calling residents in CA. This was after she ran into trouble complying with the Federal law.
The phone number was 800-208-4213.
If anyone wants information about her, e-mail me privately. She is claiming poverty as a defense, in spite of spending nearly $4000 on telephone equipment.
