They are starting to try and hide the signs from the sharks!
I am finding them around the corners behind landscape features like low walls and small bushes. They are placing the signs so you see them on your way out of strip malls, gas stations, etc.
They don't want me to be able to see their signs as I go through the intersections!

Yeah, we had one clown in Denver that placed low rider spam - 8.5x11" white coroplast with hand written lettering, and the tag line "ppc". It was placed on 6" wire latter stakes at tall grass level.
I guess the sharks were eating the signs faster than the spammer could write. We haven't seen many in the last few months.

They must read what we say here.
Since we have said "Yellow" signs, they are switching to white hand-written signs.
They are still using 1-800 numbers with a recorded message.
Today, I found a lot of the signs on side-street corners. Not as many on the main intersections. They are trying to place the signs where I won't see them.
I still removed nine "Rent to Own" signs from Crismon Road this evening! They were zip-tied to stop-signs and staked on the roadside. They are now in the trash along with 16 other signs!
There is one "Patio Covers" spammer who is kind of nervy. I even found one of these signs wired to the safety rail around a flood control canal!
