I was up there two years ago when all the Herbalife was running rampant everywhere else and didn't see one bandit sign.

Same for Maui Island in Hawaii.

I understand their code enforcement is rather tight and about the only thing you'll see is political signs. Even those are restricted on how they can be positioned on the property line.
