CAUSS has recently received several requests for our files and samples of the “End Benefactor Rule”. We attribute this to two recent successful prosecutions of spammers by code enforcement officers in opposite ends of the country. We received notice that the “Rule” was either the deciding legal argument or went a long way in obtaining a successful case against the spammers.
As previously stated, CAUSS will forward by fax, the copies and files of the “End Benefactor Rule”, to any verifiable code enforcement office or officer. Normally a request from a municipality office email, which can be verified, will suffice.
