"OK to rip down signs on Long Island"

Sharks, go ahead and grab all the signs you want to on Long Island and nobody will bother you, according to this story:

I've printed a copy of the article to carry along with me in case I'm ever stopped by police while taking down a sign. What would be really good is information on how to easily find the actual legislation, so I could have a copy of that.

Anyway, in the past two week's I've cleaned out all the signs in Great Neck, except for 2 which were too high. I have to make a pole to get those. I have my sights on a dozen or so in New Hyde Park and Little Neck, but they are difficult to stop near. I'll get them eventually.

Tweaker, great to have you on board!

Route 25 is a disaster area through most of Nassau county. I was there a few weeks back on business and had no time to get them myself.

Also the main roads off Jericho Turnpike seem to attract a lot of street spam too.

Have lots of fun and be safe!
