Drove up there from Connecticut to buy booze the other day...
(For those of you not from New England: People here drive from all over to go shopping in New Hampshire for the important stuff; there's no sales tax so you can get a big jug of Cuervo Gold for 25 bucks, cigs for two bucks a pack, gasoline at 15 cents a gallon less than elsewhere, and you can buy genuinely dangerous fireworks right in public, though these aren't cheap. What a great place!)
Anyway, the Hinsdale area was nice and clean, as was U.S. 5 from the People's Republic of Brattleboro in Vermont south through Greenfield, Mass.
Good work up there, whoever is keeping things clean. I only had to clip one "Renaissance Faire" sign.
