"Phoenix sign removal classes"

I have been in contact with the City of Phoenix over the right to remove signs from public property entering into my development. I have been referred to a class that is being administered by Mr Hogans. William Hogans is in charge of graffiti busters.

The City is having the class April 25th 2009

There is no mention of this class on the City of Phoenix website.

You must preregister. I would try one of these two emails.

graffiti.busters.nsd@phoenix.gov
william.hogans@phoenix.gov

This is the email from Mr Hogans

Mr Slasher (real name removed to protect ME!)

I will send a letter of invitation to you this week, notifying you about the scheduled training and new volunteer program known as Blight Busters.

A strong component of the 4-hour training will be to empower volunteers to remove illegal signs posted in the public rights-of -way in target specific areas while avoiding any confrontations with the public. Meanwhile I encourage you to make contact and become involved with the Neighborhood Block Watch or Fight Back in your community.

I am pretty sure there will be no mention the sharky stick or shrky cutter.
