A fresh run of these illegal signs has been put out. They seem to never learn. It could be newcomers to the world of "REI" scams, as I think someone else has stated.
I sure get tired of these guys coming up with more and more of these illegal signs all the time!
These signs seem to be the leaders. Once a bunch of these are out, other people seem to think it is ok to put out illegal signs in the right-of-way. Before you know it, everything is a big mess again!
